About Roofing Artesia: A Roofer Who Shows You Your Roof
Most people never climb onto their own roof, so they have to take a roofer's word for what's up there. We'd rather show you. We take pictures of what we find and what we fix, so you can see your roof and decide with the facts in front of you.
Why We Work With a Camera in Hand
Our owner has 40 years of roofing experience. In all that time, homeowners have kept telling us the same thing: they paid for work they never saw and had no way to judge. A cracked tile, a raised shingle or rotten decking is simple to describe and hard to imagine. A picture ends the guessing.
That's why the camera sits at the center of how we work. During an inspection we photograph each trouble spot up close and from farther back, so you can tell where on the roof it is. On a repair or replacement we record the old layers coming off, the state of the wood below, and the new underlayment, flashing and finish going down. Then we sit with you and look through the photos together.
We're a licensed roofing contractor, CSLB 1092407 (C-39), and our work is insured. That's the minimum you should ask of anyone working on your roof. The pictures let you judge everything else on your own.

How We Handle Your Job
Findings before recommendations
The photos come first. After that, we explain what we'd do about each problem and why, and whether a repair will last or the roof is ready to be replaced.
Free written estimates, line by line
Your estimate spells out the work, the materials and anything that might change once the old roofing is off, like soft decking. If we run into something unexpected partway through, we stop, photograph it clearly and talk it over with you before we continue.
Help with insurance and payment
We work directly with your insurance claim, and our pictures give your adjuster a plain record of the damage. Financing is offered through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval.
Service in English and Spanish
Se habla español. The person in your family who makes the call can ask questions and get answers in whichever language suits them best.
Where We Work
Artesia is home base, and our crews regularly climb roofs in Cerritos, Downey, Norwalk, Buena Park, Lakewood, Bellflower, South Whittier, Paramount, Cypress and La Mirada. Plenty of houses in this part of the region carry tile, shingle or low-slope sections that have been patched more than once over the decades. Clear pictures from up top help separate the old repairs from the real problems, so you know whether you need roof repair, tile roofing work or a full roof replacement.
